About Ken

In 1988, after a successful career in plastic packaging manufacturing, Ken returned to his hometown and began his career in real estate. In 1990, Ken and six other leading real estate professionals learned their broker was retiring from the business in a matter of days. In what was is now a historic meeting, these men and women quickly discovered they shared an uncompromising desire to provide the very best in real estate services in an environment that would be pleasant, supporting and nurturing to clients, staff and each other. The result was Woodmont Realty, aptly named after Nashville's historic Woodmont Boulevard, a literal and figurative crossroad to an area ready for growth and opportunity. In 2002, Woodmont became a member of the Prudential Real Estate Family. As an affiliate of Prudential Real Estate, the company has access to the services and support of one of the largest relocation networks in the country.
Ken is a multi-million dollar producer and has earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation held by fewer than 4% of Realtors in the country. In 2003 he earned the President’s Circle Award from Prudential. Ken actively participates in various organizations within the real estate industry by serving on various committees and has held directorship in The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors and The Middle Tennessee Regional Multiple Listing Service. His charities include Habitat for Humanity, YMCA, Project Reflect and Loaves and Fishes. He is married and has three children and five grandkids. Ken's hobbies include woodworking, ice hockey, football and golf.
